Gravity IT Pty Ltd (ABN 78 143 251 834) (GRAVITY IT, us, we, our) collects your personal information (including sensitive information, where provided), from you directly and from third parties. We may collect, use and/or disclose your personal information for the purposes of providing you with our products and services, processing payments, undertaking analytics activities, or proceeding with your request to receive direct marketing communications from us.

This may include organisations based overseas and your personal information may be transferred to recipients located outside Australia, including but not limited to New Zealand, the European Union, the United Kingdom and North America (including the United States of America), as detailed in our Privacy Policy. 

You may interact with us using a pseudonym or otherwise keep your identity secret, where feasible to do so in the circumstances. However, without your personal information we may not be able to provide you with our products and services. 

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access the personal information we hold about you and seek the correction of that information.
